/ SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders typically ship via USPS within 48 hours after they are placed if received by 5 p.m. ET, Monday - Friday. The Pop Shop does not ship on weekends.

Once your order has arrived, please inspect your package and make sure the contents of the package are intact and not damaged. If your purchase is damaged, please contact us immediately via email (thebestpopshop@yahoo.com) with adequate amount of pictures of the damaged box and items. 

 

USPS Ground delivery time varies based on the destination, however most packages are delivered within 1-5 business days. Because we use USPS for delivery, orders may sometimes be affected by weather or labor conditions beyond our control, therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. 

* Via the USPS site, As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.

We offer Free Priority 1 - 3 business days (Standard shipping) for orders over $45.

/ PICK UP SERVICE

We currently offer pickup at the following location: 

Pick-up location: 6295 W. 56th St, Indianapolis, IN 46254 (Eagle Creek Commons)

Pick-up time: M-F 4:00- 6:00 p.m. Sat. 10:00- 11:00 a.m. 

Orders can be placed for pick up by selecting “Pickup” on the My cart page. Orders are typically completed and ready for pick up within 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed. For Saturday pick ups, you will need to place your order by 5:00 p.m. Friday. Customers will receive a confirmation email when your gourmet popcorn is complete and ready for pick up. 

 

Customers may list their desired pick up date and time in the, “Add a note section”, located on the My cart page. The requested date and time must fall within our Pick Up hours. We try to accommodate all pick up date/time requests, but not all are guaranteed.
